What kind of clients choose a mobile vet?
Having a mobile vet come to your door helps with both your stress and your animals stress! Sometimes seniors, new parents, persons with disabilities or persons with limited access to transportation most often seek out this service. Often clients with many animals find this the easiest and most economical (multipet households, breeders, farm dogs and cats).
Madden Mobile Veterinary Service is happy to accommodate all your veterinary needs.
What types of animals does Dr. Madden see?
Dr. Madden sees all types of patients. Dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, ferrets, chinchillas, hamsters and hedgehogs are happily seen by Dr. Madden. Dr. Madden also has experience in animal welfare and health for species in academic settings such as mice, pigs and monkeys.
What are the costs associated with having a mobile vet come to my home?
Along with an examination fee that is comparable to an in-clinic examination, a mobile fee is applied to the cost of the appointment. This mobile fee pays for all the materials onboard the vehicle which are needed to take care of your pet. It also helps with the associated costs of gas, insurance(s) and time spent with your pet (versus seeing an increased client load in a clinic setting). If you have a puppy or kitten, special pricing schedules can be arranged. Contact us also for specialized prices for euthanasia and cremation services.
Currently we accept cash, cheque, visa and mastercard.
